      Montana Body Art, Inc. ships body piercing jewelry worldwide. We offer several shipping options for our customers ranging from first class mail for the economy minded buyer up to overnight delivery for the customers who simply can't wait to get their body piercing jewelry order. Whether you need your order fast or are looking for a more economical shipping option, we have a shipping service to meet your individual needs. Additionally, Montana Body Art, Inc. offers optional FREE SHIPPING rates to customers within the United States who order over $25.00 worth of piercing jewelry.

      We charge flat rate shipping which is based on your location. Our low shiping prices do not go up no matter how many items you order; even when our actual shipping cost exceeds the flat rate amount, you will not pay extra. The flat rate fee includes packaging & handling charges as well at no additional cost to the buyer. All of our items are individually packaged to protect your body piercing jewelry from germs and damage in transit.

U.S. Shipping Options & Fees:

• Free Shipping:

      Montana Body Art, Inc. offers the option of FREE SHIPPING to U.S. customers ordering more than $25.00 worth of body piercing jewelry. Orders shipped with this option will be sent via Priority Mail and will include delivery confirmation. Like First Class Mail, orders which are shipped for free will not be eligible for damage claims unless you choose the optional insurance.

• First Class Mail: - $3.95

      U.S. customers can choose our economy shipping service for the flat rate fee of $3.95. This flat rate fee includes all applicable shipping & handling charges and applies no matter how large your order is. Montana Body Art, Inc. will include delivery confirmation on all First Class Mail shipments, but will not guarantee arrival or allow damage claims with this shipping option. Customers choosing this option do so at their own risk. Although over 99% of First Class Mail shipments arrive promptly and in perfect condition, the occasional mishap does occur. Because of this, we strongly recommend either Priority or Express Mail shipping services.

      This shipping method can not be used for orders with piercing needles.

• Priority Mail: - $8.95

      This option is is what most of our customers choose. The average delivery time for this service is 2 to 3 business days and we recommend purchasing insurance on all packages so that they are covered against loss or damage. This shipping option provides relatively rapid delivery time with the added benefit of loss protection. Montana Body Art recommends this shipping option to most of out customers for its combination of speed, security, and reliability. services.

• Express Mail: - $19.95

      Guaranteed next day delivery to most addresses in the United States and second day to the rest. Express Mail provides all of the benefits of Priority Mail, such as tracking and insurance, and adds the guarantee of super fast delivery right to your door! If you have to have your order fast, this is the way to go.

• UPS Ground Service: - $15.95

      UPS ground service provides prompt, dependable, and cost effective shipments to all locations within the United States. This shipping method has the added benefit of excellent, up to the minute updated, tracking for your package. While somewhat more expensive then Priority Mail, it has better tracking ability for those who just have to know the status of their order at any given time. You will be e-mail with your tracking number upon shipment.

• UPS 2nd Day Air: - $26.95

      UPS Second Day Air shipments are guaranteed to arrive at your door on the second business day following shipment. This option provides expediated delivery to those customers who prefer UPS shipping and want to get their order fast. Similar to UPS Ground, up to the minute tracking is available for this shipping method. Depending on your location, Saturday delivery may, or may not, be available with this option. You will be e-mail with your tracking number upon shipment.

Foreign Shipping Options & Fees:

• Foreign Flat Rate Shipping: - $14.95

      Foreign Orders will be shipped by either Priority Mail International or First Class Mail International depending on availability to your country and our discretion. Generally, Priority Mail International will be used whenever possible for the increased security and quicker delivery times. Foreign orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of payment & the average delivery time is 4 to 6 business days. Please note that delays may occur if the package gets held up in customs and Montana Body Art, Inc. makes absolutely no guarantee on when or if foreign orders will arrive. Additionally, insurance is not available on foreign shipments and  the customer assumes all risk of damage or loss.   

      Due to current trade sanctions imposed by the U.S. Government & an extremely high risk of fraudulant activity, Montana Body Art, Inc. will not ship to any of the following countries:

• Cuba
• Iran
• Iraq
• North Korea
• Libya
• Sudan
• Uganda
• Nigeria
• Lithuania
• Ghana

Return Policy:

      Due to the nature of our items, all sales are considered final and returns are not normally accepted. Montana Body Art, Inc. guarantees that all items will arive at your door brand new and in perfect condition. Damage claims are the only exception to our no return policy and you must contact us within 48 hours of item receipt for a return authorization (RA) number. Please note that orders which are shipped via First Class Mail must include the optional shipping insurance to qualify for damage claims; other shipping methods include insurance automatically. If your package was not insured, the damage claim will not be authorized.

      Authorized returns must be sent back in either the same, or substantially similar, packaging as in which they were recieved and must include the RA number you were given. Upon receipt of your authorized return, Montana Body Art, Inc. will reship a replacement for the damaged item at no cost to the buyer. In the event that the item is no longer in stock, Montana Body Art, Inc. reserves the right to either replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value or to refund your original purchase price. In the even of a refund, only the cost of the damaged item will be refunded or a store credit issued toward future purchases at our discretion. Shipping & handling charges are not eligible for refund.

     Cancelled orders: Customers who cancel an order after it has been processed will be issued a store credit only. We will not give cash refunds on cancelled orders.
