1.  Are the listed items in stock and ready to ship?

      Yes, all of the items listed on our site are IN STOCK and ready to ship within 1 business day of your order. Our inventory on the site is drawn from an up to date database and only items which are in stock are advertised for sale. We have a huge inventory and are not affiliated with an outside drop shipper as is the case with some other online sellers.

2.  How long will it take to recieve my order? 

      All orders are shipped within 1 business day of being paid. Orders for which payment is recieved before noon (Mountain Standard Time) will be shipped on the same day! Depending on the shipping method you choose, and your location, your order can arrive as soon as the very next day.

      Foreign orders usually arrive in 3 to 5 business days, but the delivery time can occasionally be considerably longer if the package gets held up in customs. Montana Body Art, Inc. has no control over whether or not your country's customs department decides to hold up your package and delays can rarely be as long as 6 weeks.

3.  Do you ship to Canada, Italy, Australia, etc...?

      Yes, Montana Body Art, Inc. ships worldwide. For more details see our Shipping Policies page.

4.  Can you send me a catalog and/or a price list?

      No. In order to keep our overhead costs as low as possible so that Montana Body Art, Inc. can continue to offer incredibly low prices, we do not publish a paper catalog. All sales are done through our site. Also, we add new inventory frequently in order to offer our customers the best selection possible and the print process is much to slow to keep up with our constantly growing and changing inventory.

5.  Why are your prices so low? Are your products inferior quality?

      Montana Body Art, Inc. is able to offer such low prices through a combination of volume and low overhead. We purchase in bulk direct from manufacturers and do not have the overhead costs associated with traditional retail outlets. Also, we do much of our web development and design in house to further keep costs and prices down.

      As for the quality of our items, they are anything but inferior. We are extremely picky when we order and offer only the best quality jewelry available. Many of the exact same items that we offer on our site commonly sell for as much as ten times what we are getting. Once again, we are able to do this because of the volume of sales.

6.  I want to purchase a larger gauge piece of jewelry that my current piercing; how can I stretch my piercing to accomodate the larger gauge?

      As a general rule, Montana Body Art, Inc. recommends that you seek the advice of a piercing professional for both new piercings and for increasing the gauge of an existing piercing. 7.  I own a tattoo parlor or body piercing shop, do you have wholesale pricing available?

      Montana Body Art, Inc. primarily sells to the general public at near wholesale pricing. However, we do have wholesale pricing available with even lower prices to legitimate body piercing professionals. 8.  What is your return policy on body piercing jewelry orders?

      Montana Body Art, Inc. does not normally allow returns on body piercing jewelry due to sanitary reasons. However, we do guarantee that your order will arrive in perfect condition and will usually allow damage claims on items which are damaged in transit. 8.  I am concerned about my personal and / or credit card information being transmitted over the Internet. What is your policy on privacy and security concerns?

      Montana Body Art, Inc. considers issues of privacy and security to be extremely important. We will never share personal information with outside parties, engage in spamming, or use your personal information for any reason not directly related to our business relationship with our customers. All orders are process over an SSL encrypted server and are verified with VeriSign for the highest level of security available.
