20 Gauge Solid 14 Karat Gold Nose Bone; Cubic Zirconia Gem

These 20 gauge nose bones are solid 14K gold and feature tiny 1.5mm CZ gems. The small gems are perfect for an unobtrusive look and are very high quality; they actually look much nicer than real diamonds! There is a small ball on the bottom end of the shaft to keep them from falling out.

The small size of the gem makes these extremely popular. They add a nice dazzling sparkle without sticking out drastically like some nose jewelry with larger size stones and the nosebone design is much more comfortable than fishtails or screw designs..
