Internally Threaded Tongue Barbells; 14 gauge

Perfect for tongue piercings where the risk of scratching the delicate tissue is always a risk when inserting jewelry, these 14 gauge barbells are internally threaded so no exposed threads pass through the piercing upon installation. The reverse threaded design is highly recommended and easier to install.

Great for other piercings as well, they are manufactured from 100% nickel free 316L stainless steel and are 14 gauge by 5/8" (16mm) long.
